Overview:
The Surgical Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative tasks associated with surgical and procedural functions. This role involves close collaboration with specialized departments such as Orthopedics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Cardiology, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule surgeries and manage appointment notifications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and enter pre- and post-operative information.
- Coordinate the scheduling of surgical instruments and liaise with hospitals and surgical centers.
- Obtain necessary pre-operative evaluations and prepare surgical orders.
- Collect essential documentation for surgical procedures.
- Provide training on access and privacy obligations.

Education Requirements:
- Essential: Associate Degree

Experience Requirements:
- Essential: Minimum of One Year in a related field

Credentials:
