The Role We Want You For

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading construction projects from conceptual stages through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, technical direction, and problem-solving skills to deliver successful design-build projects valued between $60 million and over $250 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage design schedules.
  • Establish project forecasts and budgets, and manage costs effectively.
  • Accept full responsibility for project execution, including mentoring and developing project management staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build.
  • Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
  • Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
  • Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and work on multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing at least 50lbs.
