The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of designated security initiatives, ensuring effective organization, direction, and coordination of all planning and execution phases associated with these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the routine management of assigned initiatives.
  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions.
  • Identify and address project-related challenges that may impact timelines, budgets, client satisfaction, quality, security, or safety.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and notifications for review and distribution to stakeholders.
  • Generate required reports and conduct briefings as necessary.
  • Document and communicate all project-related issues to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other materials needed for project-related discussions.
  • Provide additional project management services and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

Experience Requirements:

  • Must possess a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and maintain it throughout the contract duration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience, ideally ten (10) years, in project management for large-scale initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
