Role Summary:

AHU Technologies Inc is in search of a proactive Senior Project Management Officer to oversee project timelines and facilitate organizational change management, including the development and delivery of training programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the formation and onboarding of project teams, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization with a clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Support agile teams in the effective use of AzureDevOps (ADO) for automatic quality and performance reporting.
  • Enhance communication and information flow between external stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor project advancement, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of agility and continuous learning.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents, managing expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths related to organizational change management and training.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones utilizing appropriate project management tools.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to gather updates, address potential challenges, and ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of milestones and provide status updates while escalating risks as necessary.
  • Keep a registry of risks and issues, tracking progress and managing changes in project scope.
  • Deliver timely metrics and audit outcomes to assess progress towards quality objectives.
  • Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to identify and eliminate project obstacles.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in conveying technical and functional concepts (Preferred)
  • 10 years of experience in preparing complex technical documentation (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA, including creating queries and dashboards (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in managing training content development and delivery (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience leading OCM activities for new technology implementations (Preferred)
  • 10 years of experience in large-scale IT projects (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in the Human Services or Child Welfare sector (Preferred)
  • 10 years of Project Management Professional Certification (Preferred)
  • 7 years of hands-on experience with MS Project Schedule (Preferred)
  • 7 years of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis (Preferred)
  • 7 years of professional experience with Cram CGISS development (Preferred)
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with MS Visio for documenting process flow charts (Preferred)
  • 7 years of experience in creating project artifacts such as project plans and risk management plans (Preferred)
