Role: Senior Project Management Officer (Organizational Change Management)

Job Responsibilities:

AHU Technologies Inc is in search of a proactive Senior Project Management Officer to oversee project timelines and facilitate organizational change management, including the development and delivery of training programs.


Key Duties Include:

  • Establishing and onboarding project teams, ensuring their integration into the organization while providing a clear vision of the project outcomes.
  • Assisting agile teams in the effective implementation and utilization of Azure DevOps (ADO) to automatically track and report quality and performance metrics.
  • Facilitating communication and information sharing between external stakeholders and the project team.
  • Monitoring project progress, offering timely feedback, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous learning.
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with milestones in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and communication documents, managing expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths related to organizational change management and training.
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
  • Conducting daily team meetings to capture project updates, address potential challenges, and ensure project alignment.
  • Maintaining a centralized repository of milestones identified by various workstream leads, providing status updates and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Keeping a risk and issues registry, tracking progress, and managing changes in project scope while devising contingency plans.
  • Providing timely metrics and audit outcomes to assess progress towards quality objectives.
  • Promoting Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and eliminate project barriers.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in conveying technical and functional concepts (Preferred)
  • 10 years of experience in preparing complex technical documentation (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA, including creating queries, dashboards, and alerts (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in managing training content development and/or delivery (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience leading organizational change management activities for new technology implementations (Preferred)
  • 10 years of experience in large-scale IT projects (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in the Human Services or Child Welfare sector (Preferred)
  • 10 years of Project Management Professional Certification (Preferred)
  • 7 years of hands-on experience with MS Project Schedule (Preferred)
  • 7 years of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data capture and analysis (Preferred)
  • 7 years of professional experience with Cram CGISS development (Preferred)
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with MS Visio for documenting process flow charts (Preferred)
  • 7 years of experience creating project artifacts such as project plans and risk management plans (Preferred)
