Join Sysmex America as a Marketing Communications & Operations Sr. Specialist and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies and operations. As a key member of the Marketing Communications team, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing marketing projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing communications plans for corporate and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team and Product Managers to create engaging content for social media, advertising campaigns, and sales materials.
- Manage marketing projects, including content marketing, project management, and marketing operations.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate publishing of materials to website, Customer Resource Center, social media, trade publications, and email channels.
- Bachelor's degree or 8-10 years of experience in writing and marketing communications, marketing content development, and internal communications in the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communications skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and implementation.
- Ability to distill complex medical technology and industry information into concise, effective messages.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work under tight timelines and effectively prioritize.
