Job Description

At Go Thrive, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for mastering customer acquisition strategies, executing field marketing campaigns, and creating sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers regularly to review new telecommunications and product offerings on behalf of AT&T
  • Generate revenue by closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty to customers
  • Assist in daily promotion of our partner's latest and most up-to-date products and services
  • Transition to a Senior Level Account Manager as you learn more responsibilities regarding the management of the sales cycle and team development
  • Perform background research to better understand the market and improve overall results
  • Train new team members to follow and execute company systems and procedures with professionalism, ease, and confidence
  • Improve customer service skills to better relate to clients and represent the company in a positive manner

Requirements:

  • Related experience in a sales or leadership role
  • Goal-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Comfortability engaging with clients using excellent verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to adjust to different settings
  • A Business or Management related degree highly preferred
  • Willingness to expand their network and create lasting business relationships
  • The desire to grow and develop with a company on a long-term scale
