Digital Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Member Services team at Camping World. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer lifetime value by helping customers discover and engage with our best-in-class travel-focused digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and develop digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
- Define user experience, gather requirements, and evaluate feature performance for continuous iteration.
- Lead discovery sessions to write detailed requirements and assist in the strategy development of new digital experiences.
- Maintain and communicate strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery, creation, operation, and end of life planning.
- Prioritize product lines and initiatives based on consumer and business impact.
- Communicate to executive stakeholders on product strategy, execution, and performance.
- Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Legal.
- 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or digital solutions.
- Data driven, strategic decision making.
- Inspirational leadership, challenging teams to be creative and innovative about problem solving.
- Strong product leadership skills that have others seeking your guidance.
- An advocate for the consumer who is both strategic and invested in the details.
- Strong communication skills – both as a writer and presenter.
- An agile champion with strong knowledge of agile principles.
- Experience working in an enterprise product environment.
- Experience with acquisition strategy.
- Experience with retention strategy.
- Experience with CRM technology.
