Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Paul Davis Company Owned Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and accounts to promote commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings and facilities.
- Cold Calling and Sales: Conduct cold calling and sales efforts to prospective business customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities.
- Schedule Meetings: Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts to discuss their needs and promote our services.
- Maintain and Grow Relationships: Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships to increase sales and revenue.
- Log and Track Activities: Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled.
- Develop Sales Policies: Plan, develop, and establish sales policies, principles, and procedures to ensure effective sales strategies.
- Client Contact and Pipeline: Maintain a commercial client contact log and pipeline to track sales progress and opportunities.
- Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research and assist with lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend Company Events: Attend company events, such as trade shows, seminars, and conferences, to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Track Sales Data: Track all sales data in our main operating system, RMS, and Luxor, to generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain our company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Marketing Support: Work with PDRI Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market our local office.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Five plus years of experience in an outside sales (B2B) role and two plus years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for up to 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and occasionally lift up to 10lbs.
- Knowledge of Local Market: Knowledge of the local market and ability to establish and maintain relationships with key individuals and accounts.
- Microsoft Office Applications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Luxor CRM System: Knowledge of the Luxor CRM system and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Administration Skills: Strong administration skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Selling Skills: Strong selling skills, including ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
