We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing leader to join our team at Triad Financial Services, Inc. as our Chief Sales Officer. This is a pivotal role that will play a critical part in driving our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with our company's overall objectives, focusing on brand positioning, target audience identification, and market differentiation.
- Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Mentor and manage Regional Managers to function as a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, nurturing their growth within the organization.
- Brand Management: Define and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual representation, and tone across all marketing channels. Oversee the development of branding guidelines and standards, ensuring brand integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
- Customer Satisfaction and Acquisition: Establish a cadence of making contacts with key customers, prospective customers, to ensure that Triad is providing the highest level of customer service. Lead efforts to identify and analyze target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to formulate effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor Sales and Marketing Performance: Review weekly and monthly reports to ensure that progress is being made on achieving sales targets and the proliferation of the Triad brand. Review customer feedback surveys, NPSs to assess sales and marketing results.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Content Strategy: Drive the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, spanning blog posts, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and more. Leverage content marketing to establish the company as a thought leader within the industry.
- Marketing Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve ROI. Implement tracking mechanisms and reporting systems to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic goals while ensuring optimal ROI.
- People Operations: Demonstrate an effective use of team members through effective hiring, assessing performance, developing internal talent, and retaining talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies. Manufactured housing, lending, construction background is highly preferred.
