The Marketing Coordinator provides critical support to the sales team to ensure the timely administration of sales and marketing efforts. This includes:

  • Maintaining and improving occupancy levels in accordance with marketing and business plans, utilizing sales processes, systems, and forms to track information and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
  • Assisting in the sales process by helping prospective residents and their families understand the community's services and programs, and providing community and company information to inquirers.
  • Coordinating and completing activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects' homes and health care providers, and ensuring required forms are completed prior to move-in.
  • Communicating daily with the Sales and Marketing Director and other key associates regarding the status of prospective move-ins.
  • Coordinating the move-in process for new residents, ensuring paperwork completion, residence preparation, mover scheduling, community support, and resident orientation.
  • Providing administrative support for the Marketing Department, including data preparation for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Representing the community through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement, as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director.

This role requires a working knowledge of the lead management system and the ability to develop reports. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and supporting the community's mission.
