Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Market Development Manager to join our team at Thunderbolt Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion in the area of development and implementation of measures to achieve agreed sales and market goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and acquire new customers, taking into account interfaces within the company and sales.
  • Maintain contacts with authorities, municipalities, and associations in coordination with production management for official services.
  • Ensure result responsibility for the economic design of production processes and achievement of results in the responsible area.
  • Monitor sales, sales volume, costs, as well as investment and maintenance planning.
  • Manage assigned personnel, including goal setting, feedback discussions, and performance evaluations.
  • Plan, manage, and control personnel in the responsible area from an economic perspective.
  • Propose development and training measures, succession planning, and team development in coordination with production management for official services.
  • Organize all testing activities within the scope of official authorization, including all free-market activities in the TSC area.
  • Optimize processes/work equipment at TSC, particularly in terms of quality, customer service, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure occupational safety in the responsible area.
  • Plan and control resource allocation in the responsible area.
  • Monitor compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the responsible area.
  • Implement all processes within the framework of the internal control system (ICS).
  • Handle customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering in the field of vehicle.
