**Job Summary**
As an Administrative Assistant at Trane Technologies, plc, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customers and Associates of the Greenville Commercial Sales Office. This position is responsible for providing routine administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
