About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Consultant to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a Sales Account Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our franchisees and licensees to drive sales growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase same-store food sales and expand territory through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong business relationships with franchisees and licensees, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize food product sales.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Showcase food products and technology solutions to prospects and customers, persuading them to make a purchase.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Leverage sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Provide Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for franchisees and licensees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and OLM Food Solutions standards.
  • Stay Informed: Keep franchisees and licensees up-to-date on new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Maintain accurate sales performance reports and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and licensees.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the food industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement sales strategies.
  • Training and Development: Ability to provide training and support to franchisees and licensees on product knowledge and sales techniques.
