We are currently seeking a Market Research Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on producing comprehensive market research reports and facilitating training sessions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the agency's reputation through effective client interactions, generating positive feedback regarding the quality and impact of the research.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of client requests, meeting notes, research updates, and final reports.
  • Delivering high-quality market research reports promptly, utilizing project management methodologies and advanced research tools.
  • Presenting research findings to clients at key stages of projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with agency initiatives.
  • Assessing and recommending additional data tools to enhance the research process.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of training materials to provide top-notch seminars and webinars for clients.
  • Co-facilitating training sessions for clients, in collaboration with the Market Research Manager and other specialists.
  • Providing logistical support to local specialists for event planning related to training sessions, with careful attention to budgets and travel expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, particularly in export markets.
  • Exceptional analytical and written communication skills, with proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in leading seminars aimed at business owners, showcasing strong oral communication and instructional skills.
  • Comfortable working in rural settings with a rural clientele.
  • Preferred experience in the private sector, especially in exporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while receiving guidance on complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
