Doosan Bobcat North America's student program is an opportunity created to empower young professionals, like you. Program Overview

As a Co-op or Intern, you will be presented with the tools to further your professional development, apply your schooling to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergrad degree.

Co-op Opportunities

An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are full-time employment experiences. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industries as full-time team members.

Internship Opportunities

A semester long opportunity, Internship positions are part-time employment experiences. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Available Functions

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Doosan Bobcat North America's different functions.

Locations

These student opportunities will be available at the following locations:

  • Johnson Creek, WI
  • Statesville, NC
  • West Fargo, ND
Role and ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy
  • Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
  • Create and maintain a repository for strategy initiative progress updates
  • Support ISO process evaluation, documentation, and communication
Business Development
  • Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
  • Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
  • Support acquisition initiatives
Job RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
Skills and Abilities
  • Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
  • Ability to commit to Doosan Bobcat North America for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
  • Ability to adapt to working in a corporate setting
  • Ability to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Basic computer skills
