About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Advisor to join our team at Transworld Business Advisors. As a Business Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping small business owners prepare their businesses for sale, as well as assisting prospective franchise buyers in finding and purchasing the right franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Brokerage: Build relationships with small business owners, help them prepare their businesses for sale, and manage the transaction process from buyer screening to closing.
  • Franchise Consulting: Help prospective franchise buyers find and purchase the right franchise based on their wants, skill sets, and financial ability.
  • Franchise Development: Assist outstanding local businesses in growing their business through franchising.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in business brokerage, franchising, franchise ownership, insurance sales, commercial banking, small business banking, real estate, financial advising, or a related field.
  • High competency in technology, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hunter mentality with a high sense of urgency and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and creatively.
  • Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous ongoing deals, clients, and prospects.
  • Absolute discretion in handling and communicating with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to self-manage and project a professional image that inspires confidence and trust.
