Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Agronomy Manager to join our client's team. As an Agronomy Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the sales of agronomy and related products to farmers, working closely with the Agronomy team to develop goals and action plans, and staying up-to-date with industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the sales of agronomy and related products to farmers, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the Agronomy team to develop and implement sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and services, providing expert advice to growers on agronomic products.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong background in agronomy or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the agronomy industry.
