Cyber Advisors Inc, a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Cybersecurity Consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in delivering high-quality, customer-focused IT solutions and services.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to cultivate new and maintain existing customer relationships, sell IT solutions to small businesses, and develop strategic relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate new and maintain existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Sell IT solutions to small businesses, focusing on the soft vertical market and designated geography.
- Develop relationships with C-suite executives and maintain relationships in accounts.
- Create, maintain, and develop client relationships with a focus on internal and external client advocacy.
- Create customer technology roadmaps, proposals, and quotes.
- Conduct sales presentations for customers.
- Develop a personal knowledge of the industry and market segment.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and solution architects to develop client solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and updates in the CRM system.
- Focus on driving a measured amount of new business opportunities.
- Proven sales experience, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum technical degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in selling business IT and technology services solutions.
- Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly identify a prospect's personality, buying style, and decision-making process.
- Captivating presentation skills and a relentless drive for winning and achieving goals.
- Ability to outperform the competition and discipline to accomplish sales results independently.
- High-level knowledge of IT and cybersecurity, including datacenter infrastructure, IT security products, and cloud solutions.
