Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at POWER TOWNSEND CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including delinquent account collection and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform data entry, filing, and inventory control tasks
- Assist with daily bank deposits, cashier duties, and balance cash tills
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements:
- 10-key, some typing, and computer knowledge
- Experience with multi-line phones a plus
- Efficient multi-tasking and excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
