Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and office administration. This part-time position involves managing the ARB agenda, generating and maintaining spreadsheets, and handling compliance matters with contractors, vendors, and property owners.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to provide precise information to decision-makers and property owners, and have experience with MS Office Software. Additionally, the ability to collaborate tactfully and navigate uneven terrain on foot in varying weather conditions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bi-monthly meeting agenda items.
- Provide precise communication to decision-makers and property owners relating to ARB matters.
- Initiate, respond to, and resolve ARB inquiries.
- Assist with office administration, including answering the phone and directing calls.
- Process amenity reservations and issue vehicle barcodes and boat stickers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend and stoop.
