Judicial Administrative Assistant II

As an Administrative Assistant at Montana State Gov, you will be responsible for creating forms and spreadsheets, entering data, and compiling reports. You will also maintain office supply levels, enter orders into the purchasing system, and create requisitions for reconciliation. Additionally, you will scan documents for division to appropriate programs for further processing and issue and distribute travel identification cards to contractors.
