Job Title: Business Operations Manager - Ads

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager - Ads to drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles. This includes long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models.
  • Proactively surface opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of the company's ads business model.
  • Create and socialize narratives to influence outcomes and decisions.
  • Improve processes and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams within the Finance department.
  • Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across data science and product teams.
  • Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Business-related occupation.
  • Experience in leading large-scale cross-functional projects and managing multiple projects with internal staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide business insights.
  • Experience in creating deliverables for executives and other senior audiences.
  • Ability to work in partnership with cross-functional teams to create and socialize narratives.
Compensation:

$200,000/year to $216,260/year + bonus + equity + benefits
