HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data analysis, including database queries, creation of analysis/reports, bug bashing with data engineering on data quality issues, perform research from external data sources, etc.
  • Review data insights and explain their implications to product with the goal of helping strategists influence strategy decisions aligned with Meta's mission
  • Assist with data vendor onboarding and contract renewals
  • Support new data related features rollout and testing in collaboration with cross functional partners
  • Assist in the development of requirements and documentation for data and analytics enhancements for the product strategy team

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics/data science, consulting, strategy, business operations and/or program management
  • 2+ years of experience leading data strategy/analytics/data science
  • 2+ projects at a consulting firm, in a corporate strategy team, or similar
  • Experience in analytics and modeling, including advanced proficiency with SQL & Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience structuring and solving analytical problems
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams to achieve outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience of presenting to leadership and influencing product decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline (e.g. MBA)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, and/or program management
  • Experience in the consumer internet space, including social, communications, media, and entertainment verticals
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
