Position Overview

As we expand, we seek a highly organized and communicative player-coach to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and adept at problem-solving, overseeing facility and office management tasks while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facility-related requests for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors for quotes and scheduling.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to support preventive maintenance, cleaning, recycling, and waste disposal.
  • Communicate effectively with company leadership and team members to keep all stakeholders informed about project costs and impacts.
  • Assist with office projects, including desk relocations, supply management, and general maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support by coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill requests efficiently.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance, including hands-on work and vendor management.
  • Proficient in purchasing systems and office software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks according to company needs.
