Part Time Office Coordinator

Look no further Our client, a respected CPA Firm in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 4-month contract basis. This role may lead to a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication and organizational skills to support daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
- Drafting and sending client communications with clarity and professionalism
- Managing confidential and sensitive documents securely and timely
- Entering and updating data in Excel accurately
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and handling ordering/restocking as needed
