Job Description:
This Part Time Administrative Assistant role is responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, drafting client communications, and maintaining accurate data entry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Draft and send client communications.
  • Manage the mailing of confidential documents.
  • Enter and update data in Excel accurately.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Must be able to work a 30 hour work week.
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Suite.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
