Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Assess clients' unique needs and challenges to provide customized mechanical solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales objectives and enhance the company's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, cooling solutions, and associated technologies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in the mechanical services sector for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
- Capability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
