Job Title: HVAC Sales Account Manager

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Account Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.

About the Role:

The HVAC Sales Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential and contractor sales of various brands of equipment, parts, and supplies. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs to attract competitor accounts and new customers.
  • Create and develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Manage customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow existing customers' business.
  • Attend sales meetings with management to review monthly activities and progress or issues.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development.
  • Equipment, Parts & Supplies and Light Commercial HVAC experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that can manage time independently.
  • Strong business/problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Excel and CRM-Sales Force proficiency preferred.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum HS or GED - Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 3 years technical experience HVAC preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and have strong customer service.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must possess the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
