About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at DuBois Chemicals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Refrigeration Fluids market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the HVAC industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial and/or industrial product sales experience within the HVAC rental business
  • Professional selling, structured sales process, and pipeline management experience
  • A basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems and components and how they work
  • Personal experience and understanding of the construction contracting, engineering process, and owner-direct selling process
  • Additional vertical market experience in HVAC, Distribution Sales/Manufacturing
