Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at DuBois Chemicals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Refrigeration Fluids market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the HVAC industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Commercial and/or industrial product sales experience within the HVAC rental business
- Professional selling, structured sales process, and pipeline management experience
- A basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems and components and how they work
- Personal experience and understanding of the construction contracting, engineering process, and owner-direct selling process
- Additional vertical market experience in HVAC, Distribution Sales/Manufacturing
