Job Description

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Account Manager to join our team in Jacksonville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze your territory and develop sales programs to attract new customers and grow existing relationships.
  • Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow existing customer business.
  • Attend sales meetings with management to review progress and discuss challenges.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development.
  • Equipment, parts, and supplies experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage time independently.
  • Strong business and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of urgency and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum HS or GED, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 3 years of technical experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
