Job Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for all guests and team members
  2. Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  3. Manage guest interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  5. Develop and maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to make recommendations to guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
