We have an opening for a Front Desk Supervisor at our Midwest Fertility Care Center in Carmel, IN.This is a full-time position with benefits.The hours are Monday-Thursday 7-4:00 and Friday 7-12:00 pm and an alternating weekend once per month.This is a fully benefited position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervises front desk personnel.Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; appraising performance; resolving problems; interviewing and training new and existing staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee and participate in all front desk activity.
Check-In, Check-Out, phones, scheduling, portal, online scheduling, appointment confirmation calls, disability, medicalrecords.
  • Delegates when extra work needs to be completed
  • Responsible for all SCHEDULING..... changes, moving and cancelling appointments. On call coverage enters provider in Perfect Serve.
    • Scheduling staff for vacation.
    • Coverage for Lunch
  • Trouble ShootingGo to person for all front desk related issues.
  • ATU, STAT requests, Precerts.
  • Updating on-line portal.
  • Updating forms
  • Keeping all informed of all changes.
  • Ordering all office supplies from vender
  • Any and all additional duties assigned.
