Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Glass Doctor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business opportunities in collaboration with our leadership team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high degree of independence, excellent organizational skills, and an outstanding work ethic and self-motivation. You will have a high level of autonomy to manage your time effectively and prioritize your activities to achieve maximum results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive growth and retention
  • Travel throughout the Treasure Valley to meet with clients and prospects
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our contact manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven success in a sales position, preferably in glass, property maintenance, or construction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think logically and progressivly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including company car, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more.
