Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Staff Force - Perm Positions in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a sales strategy that identifies and pursues new business opportunities. You will work closely with our hiring managers and client representatives to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

You will be accountable for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES
  • Developing and delivering presentations to showcase our services and value proposition
  • Closing deals and securing new business agreements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
