Enterprise Sales Professional

Earn a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission, selling our full-service glass solutions to business and commercial establishments in the Treasure Valley.
About the RoleWe're seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at Glass Doctor. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Compile lists of prospective customers and travel throughout the Treasure Valley to prospect for new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Discuss the features and benefits of Glass Doctor's services with potential clients, utilizing our literature and brochures when appropriate.
- Work closely with the Owner/Manager to discuss sales results and upcoming opportunities, entering pertinent information into a contact manager to track progress.
- Prioritize use of time and focus on the highest value opportunities, demonstrating strong time-management and discretion.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred.
- Proven success in a sales position, preferably in glass, property maintenance, or construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Honesty and trustworthiness, with excellent organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation.
