About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Associate to join our team at Amplity Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our customers by utilizing our resources and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to drive product demand and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Grow in knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges.
  • Review territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment and drive pull-through.
  • Participate in planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and work collaboratively across functions to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Leverage systems and omni-channel options to engage with customers in a compliant manner in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Life Sciences/Medical/Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Self-starter with a strong motivation to overachieve.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems.
  • Proven track-record of consistent high-performance.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding across therapeutic groups and disease states.
  • Respiratory experience.
  • Account management skills.
