About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Associate to join our team at Amplity Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our customers by utilizing our resources and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in clinical dialogue with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify shared priorities and develop a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and their patients.
  • Collaborate with territory colleagues, other field-based and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and provide support.
  • Grow in knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, industry, and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and manage business opportunities/challenges.
  • Review territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment and drive pull-through.
  • Participate in planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and work collaboratively across functions to ensure customer needs are met with urgency.
  • Leverage systems and omni-channel/multi-channel options to engage with customers in a compliant manner in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Life Sciences/Medical/Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation to overachieve.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems.
  • Proven track-record of consistent high-performance.
  • Demonstrates high learning agility and ethical behaviors.
  • Compliance-focused and fully complies with company policies and laws.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography.
  • Must successfully complete all required training.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding across therapeutic groups and disease states.
  • Respiratory experience.
  • Account management skills.
