Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities and develop existing accounts to drive sales growth
  • Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and goals, and advise them on our comprehensive product mix
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design custom advertising solutions that meet client needs
  • Present solutions to clients and work collaboratively to achieve their goals
  • Further client relationships through retention and upselling
  • Review campaign results, learn from data, and celebrate successes
  • Work with our advertising fulfillment team to provide accurate information for each client campaign
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of two years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education with related experience
  • Proven success in increasing sales in a competitive marketplace using a needs-based selling approach
  • Experience in digital advertising is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Ability to effectively organize your day, multitask, and work under deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM sales management software, ideally SalesForce
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
