Your Key Responsibilities:- Prospect new business opportunities and develop existing accounts to drive sales growth
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and goals, and advise them on our comprehensive product mix
- Collaborate with colleagues to design custom advertising solutions that meet client needs
- Present solutions to clients and work collaboratively to achieve their goals
- Further client relationships through retention and upselling
- Review campaign results, learn from data, and celebrate successes
- Work with our advertising fulfillment team to provide accurate information for each client campaign
- A minimum of two years of relevant sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education with related experience
- Proven success in increasing sales in a competitive marketplace using a needs-based selling approach
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Ability to effectively organize your day, multitask, and work under deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM sales management software, ideally SalesForce
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
