As a key player in our SMB Team Sales, you will be responsible for representing T-Mobile's innovative lineup of products and services to businesses in your assigned territory. With a focus on lead generation excellence, creative sales approaches, and training and development, you will be equipped to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Develop and implement creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills
  • CRM expertise and experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
