Job Title: Account Executive

Alvita Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the healthcare ecosystem, including senior living communities, geriatric care managers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to build brand awareness and secure new clients for Alvita Care.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct assessments with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and that stakeholders are satisfied.
  • Provide active relationship management for existing referral cases, including home visits, referral meetings, and family meetings.
  • Assist with ensuring that client accounts are up to date, including coordinating with the finance and billing team and communicating with families as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
