About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to join our team at The Pokémon Company International. As a key business partner to Sales, Production, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, you will play a critical role in the full S&OP process, strategically integrating demand and supply, forecasts using industry insights for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain 24-month forward-looking demand and supply forecasts using advanced statistical modeling.
  • Track the overall statistical forecast accuracy, including the development and maintenance of the baseline statistical forecast.
  • Develop and track S&OP KPIs that prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Build reporting that outlines projected inventory, forecast accuracy, forecasted order projections, and other trends.
  • Capture agreed-upon changes to the demand and supply forecasts based on market insights in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
  • Assist in facilitating monthly review meetings with key S&OP stakeholders, preparing data and metrics, identifying gaps and capacity constraints, and ensuring actions are taken on agreed items.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 5+ years in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, comfortable with interpreting data and diagnosing challenges.
  • Extensive experience in planning and S&OP processes.
  • Strong computer and quantitative skills, including experience with supply chain planning systems with statistical modeling and advanced-level Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Displays robust initiative with a curiosity for learning and challenging the expected with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in implementing change management strategies.
