About the Role

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare Systems Analyst to support the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block II Program within the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 2.0) Above Water Sensors Directorate.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert for the SEWIP Block II Program, providing guidance in the development of system operators and training to equipment maintainers. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SLQ-32 operation and maintenance, as well as your experience supporting Navy Program Offices and DoD engineering and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to the SEWIP Block II Program, including guidance on system operator development and training for equipment maintainers.
  • Support the SEWIP Block II Assistant Program Manager (APM) in the development of program plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.

Requirements

  • At least eight years' experience in SLQ-32 operation and/or maintenance.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
