- Evaluate financial information pertinent to operations and investments
- Aggregate technical program descriptions for formal documentation
- Facilitate budgetary processes within the organization
- Engage with agency representatives to gather budgetary data
- Generate purchase requests for federal endorsement
- Assist in formulating expenditure plans and budget forecasts
- Review and structure budget policy documentation
- Monitor deliverables and timelines for compliance
- Prepare presentations and meeting resources
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 16 years of relevant experience
- Possession of an Active Top Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with Department of Defense budgetary regulations
- Experience with budget management systems and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in drafting official documents or communications
