Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director/Vice President of Commercial Product Management to lead the development and execution of our commercial product strategy. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through the creation and delivery of innovative digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, as well as experience in product management, digital advertising, and media solutions. They will be able to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market demands.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong vision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be able to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market demands.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Drive the creation of innovative, market-leading products and services that support client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, technology, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or marketing technology sectors.
  • Digital advertising and media experience in support of pharmaceutical products.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators generally accepted by pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering commercial products that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
