About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Global Product Marketing to join our team at Audible. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing global product marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and country leadership, to define and deliver go-to-market plans that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for crafting compelling product stories, developing messaging strategies, and driving business case development to inform technology, content, and marketing investment.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced product marketing professional who has a proven track record of success in developing and executing global product marketing strategies. You will have a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity, and be able to develop and execute plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

You will be a collaborative team player who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and country leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to develop and deliver compelling product stories and messaging strategies.

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing and business strategy, with experience in defining and driving new customer-centric products and features toward market launch rollout
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field of study

  • Demonstrated understanding of insights development, messaging strategy, customer experience, and persuasive marketing techniques in driving engagement with new or existing features or benefits
  • Ability to flex between big picture strategic decisions and granular tactical solutions

  • Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals
