Case Manager - Beacon Recovery House
Full-time Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated team member with expertise in substance use services to provide case management for residents at our Beacon Recovery House.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a secure, drug-free, and health-focused atmosphere for recovery;
  • Motivate residents to support one another in their recovery journeys;
  • Link residents to essential resources to help them meet their therapeutic and personal recovery objectives.

At Beacon Recovery House, we collaborate to create a nurturing sober living environment where individuals are encouraged to pursue their best lives. Your background in the substance use field equips you with the understanding that recovery can be a difficult journey. You possess the ability to remain positive and composed in the face of challenges. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with individuals, and you are proactive and enthusiastic in connecting them with necessary services. A high school diploma (or GED) is required, and some college education in a relevant field, along with LADC/CADAC certification, is highly desirable. Familiarity with local social, vocational, and medical services is essential.

Work Schedule:
  • Sunday and Monday: 7am - 3pm, Tuesday: 8am - 4pm, Wednesday: 3pm - 11pm, Friday: 8am - 4pm
  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate program needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
