Job Overview

UPLIFT Desk is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
  • Load and unload conveyor lines with ease
  • Build and tape shipping boxes with attention to detail
  • Pack and ship parcel and freight orders with accuracy
  • Ship customer orders using PC-based software applications
  • Receive, barcode, and stock warehouse product with speed and accuracy
  • Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack, and/or forklift with ease
  • Stretch wrap and band pallets with precision
  • Assist other departments with different assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and reach
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse
  • Go up and down stairs
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand any and all safety guidelines and job requirements
  • Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards
  • Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your team members safe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse environment
