Customer Support Specialist III

As a Customer Support Specialist III at PELICAN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the semiconductor industry. Your primary duties will include responding to incoming phone calls, providing quotes for spare parts, and tracking orders and shipments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing courteous and professional customer service to clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilizing an ERP data entry system and other software programs to accomplish job tasks
- Working in an office environment with minimal environmental or physical discomfort
- Occasional lifting, bending, and reaching may be required
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and supply chain management
- Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Japanese language skills are a plus
