ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Office Operations Manager at Lee Strong - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in enabling our agency to meet its objectives. You facilitate our operations by establishing and upholding office protocols, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service consistently. Collaborating with team members, you streamline processes to maximize the benefits provided by our insurance and financial service offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped to meet customer demands while effectively marketing relevant products. Oversee all training initiatives within the agency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Background in managing customer service for State Farm Insurance
  • Experience in State Farm Insurance sales
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Windows computer applications
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively to achieve agency objectives
  • Capable of succeeding in a fast-paced setting
  • Property and Casualty License is mandatory
  • Life and Health License is required
